Our story
From a market stall to Waterloo’s go-to game depot
We started fixing controllers on a fold-out table at the Danks Street markets and never really stopped tinkering. A decade on, we still open every case by hand and cable-manage like it’s a competition.

A stall and a soldering iron
Founder Aria set up a repair bench at the Waterloo weekend markets, patching drift-prone controllers and cracked handhelds for the neighbourhood.

The Danks Street workshop
Demand for custom builds outgrew the stall, so we took over the shopfront at 58 Danks Street and installed our first proper burn-in test bench.

The esports arena opens
We knocked through the back wall and added twelve competition seats, hosting weekly Rocket League and CS ladder nights for local crews.

1,400 rigs and counting
Today our team of eight ships custom loops, retro restorations, and fleet-fast network tune-ups across inner Sydney — most within a week.
What we do
Services built for players, not spec sheets
Tell us your games and budget and we spec, assemble, cable-manage and stress-test a rig around them. Every build gets a 24-hour burn-in, a tuned fan curve, and a printed benchmark sheet before pickup. Turnaround is typically 5–7 days, from $1,900.
Stick drift, HDMI ports, disc drives, overheating and battery swaps for PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and Steam Deck. Most jobs are done in 48 hours with a 90-day workmanship warranty, from $89.
We map your home network, hardwire your gaming corner, configure QoS on your router and cut jitter for ranked play. Includes a before-and-after ping report to Sydney servers. On-site across inner Sydney, from $220.
Recap ageing boards, replace bulging capacitors, install region-free mods and clean up yellowed shells for N64, SNES, Dreamcast and more. Quoted per console after a free diagnostic, from $140.
Twelve tournament seats with 240Hz panels and low-latency peripherals, open Thursday to Sunday. Book a bay for practice or run your clan night in the back room. Hourly from $12, arena hire from $180.

Player feedback
What the Waterloo crew is saying
“Brought in a five-year-old rig that stuttered on everything. Aria’s team re-pasted, added an SSD and tuned the fans — it runs quieter and hits 165fps now. Handed back with a full benchmark printout.”
“My Switch had brutal joy-con drift before a trip. Dropped it Monday, picked it up Wednesday, no drift since. Fair price and they explained exactly what they replaced.”
“The network tuning was the real surprise. They hardwired my desk and sorted QoS — my ping to Sydney servers dropped from 34ms to 11ms. Ranked feels completely different.”
“Booked the arena for my brother’s birthday. Twelve seats, snappy 240Hz screens, and the crew set up our tournament bracket for us. Genuinely the best gaming party we’ve thrown.”
“They restored my dad’s old SNES — recapped it and cleaned the yellowed shell. Works perfectly on a modern TV now. Proper craftsmanship, not a rush job.”
“First custom build and I was nervous about the budget. They spec’d something honest, no upsell, and it came back stress-tested with a tidy cable job. Couldn’t recommend more.”
